Today, following into tomorrow, we will be hosting an in-game raffle which allows players to get: 2x Operator's Exclusive, 2x Helmet Lapis Pocket,2x Lucky Charm

That's right, we'll be selling RECREATION RUNES on the character [GM]Octopus in Bootleggery on every server. The following rules are below:

1) Each purchase is an entry into the raffle (Edit: Please purchase the items 1 at a time - if you want to purchase 3 recreation runes, for example, make 3 separate purchases of 1 rune)
2) These items will be priced higher than the normal recreation runes as they are for a raffle and as not to disrupt the sales of them.
3) There is only ONE WINNER PER SERVER. There are NO top spenders.
4) This is a raffle for GOLD only. No AP items bought will influence the raffle.
5) [GM]Octopus will be announced for arrival in game and be restocked every so often. Keep an eye out.
